Over 80 local charities and organisations are involved each year with the Bourne Show. You can apply for a stall below. Please contact Vicky Hill at StallsManager@thebourneshow.com if you have any specific questions regarding stalls at the show.
On the day
You can set up from 7.30am onwards, and you can drive onto the green to set up; we ask that all vehicles are off the green by 11.45am, and the show starts at 12.30pm. There is limited parking available and this is available on a first come first served basis, otherwise it is a matter of parking on the surrounding roads. The show finishes at 5.00pm so we ask that you pack up and leave the green by 6.30pm.
