The Bourne Show, with its idyllic setting and carnival atmosphere, is one of the high points of the Farnham summer season.  The traditional village show, which has taken place on the Bourne Green, Lower Bourne in Farnham for over 90 years, provides a great afternoon out for all the family and raises money for local charities and good causes. This year, we have a circus theme and a workshop for anyone wishing to follow their dream of performing in a big top!

Volunteers’ Organiser

The Bourne Show committee is hopeful for a joyful return of our community show on 2nd July 2022. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our event, whether they are pinning up posters, directing traffic, decorating tents, helping to run stalls, or picking up litter. For 2022 we need someone, or a partnership to join our committee to help direct our volunteers. Perhaps you’re a couple, or a pair of good mates, or someone who LOVES people and has a solid network to call on – whichever, we need help in corralling and organising our life blood for the event. You will join our committee to understand the nuts and bolts of our wonderfully traditional event and attend meetings every 1-2 months – and of course we’ll need your expertise and presence on the big day itself!
